Julie was born in Los Angeles and quickly moved with her parents to San Jose, California when she was eight years old. Her parents divorced when she was 15 years old. She received her bachelor's in Art History at San Jose State University and her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology at the College of Notre Dame. She is currently in the second year of her Ph.D. in Criminal Justice. She has been in the counseling field for over twenty-five years, she offers an empathetic and compassionate approach. Her passion is working with adolescents, adults, couples, children of divorce, and those looking to adopt. She also supports others through a life transition which often brings up lots of confusing emotions, including depression and anxiety. She has one amazing daughter she adopted from China at nine months of age. She has a wonderful partner who is a Registered Nurse, three dogs, one cat, and two goldfish. She is active in her private practice in Campbell, California and she provides Services at PayPal and AbbVie for employees. She loves to travel, watch movies and go to art museums. She believes everything happens for a reason and that nothing is random. We are all a part of each. Love comes first.
