#15: Robbie Deans, Crusaders Head Coach (7 x Super Rugby Winner), Australia & Panasonic Wild Knights

On this #rw3, I am joined by Robbie Deans. Robbie provides advice on how to set a team up for success. Robbie has so much wisdom to give that I broke my own rule and published the full 6 minutes! It's worth it. As a player, Robbie is an All Black and also represented Canterbury on 145 occasions. As a coach, he is the most successful Super Rugby coach in history, winning 5 Super Rugby titles and another 2 as a manager with Crusaders. Robbie was the Wallabies Head Coach between 2008 and 2014, where we won the Tri-Nations in 2011. Since the Wallabies, he has been with the Panasonic Wild Knights head coach, winning 3 Top League championships.
