In this episode I talk with Kearci Smith. She’s being coached by Siri Lindley. She talks about her training going into the Sarasota Cam Tri North American Championship, which is a draft legal race. Racing this type of race is different than Ironman© triathlons. She talks about the day before and how she was able to go preview the course. The swim has some unique as it’s a dive in.
