15: Taken in Kentucky: The Abductions of Lee Parish and the Stanford Three

Kentucky saw two really strange abduction cases during the years 1976 and 1977. The first involved three women leaving a diner at 11:15 on January 6th, 1976. A UFO appeared above them. All three were taken on board a craft and subjected to medical tests and torturous procedures. A year later, on January 27, 1977, a young man was abducted from his truck on the way home from a friends house. He was examined by machine-like beings and returned to his vehicle. Both cases share surprising similarities at a time when alien abductions were starting to become more common.
