#15: To burning the candle at both ends with Sharon Kilbourn, Working Mother & Artist

Meet the incredible Sharon Kilbourn, Director, Development and Communications at Next Step Ministries, Director, Outreach with Working Mother Experience (yes, our team is growing) and mother of two young girls. Sharon kicks off our second season on the podcast (yes, we are starting a new season in December because...why not?). Sharon is a force. While she says she takes time for a bubble bath every night, we don't know how she squeezes it in. Her passion is to create community and build connection among like-minded individuals (hence why we asked her to be our Outreach Director). In an incredibly short time-frame, Sharon has managed to help the charity she works for grow by leaps and bounds, enabling more support to the women it aims to serve. In this podcast, Sharon talks about her art (a candle burning at both ends) and what it means to her.
