15. Unlocking unconditional love for yourself

from The Elisa Fucci Show Hosted by Elisa Fucci

On this episode we talk about the relationship we have with ourselves and how to improve it. This is usually the one that gets neglected the most but it is the most vital one. All relationships is based on the thoughts we have about the other person. So, what kind of thoughts do you have about yourself? Who are you? What are you capable of? Most of us would go back to our past and think of what we’ve done or said or accomplished, to respond to these questions. But if the current thoughts we have about ourselves are not kind, not loving, disempowering, and victimizing us, how are we showing up? What is our future going to be like? We get to decide what kind of thoughts we have about ourselves, by being aware of the current thoughts we have on a daily basis about what we do, say, look or have or don’t have, and changing them. Because ultimately, our current thinking will determine what our future self will be.It’s all in our current thoughts and we have the ability to change them in a second.
