Summary

It had been a few days since 28 year old Monica Chisar had returned home from an overseas trip to Portugal. Back in Canada and back at work, a friend gave her a lift after a late shift and dropped her off close to where she was staying. This friend dropped her off at an empty parking lot of a beer store, some 100-200 meters from the apartment building where she was allegedly staying, just after midnight on Wednesday, July 11, 2018. This is the last time anyone has reported seeing or hearing from Monica. In the 1.5 years since her disappearance there have no sightings of Monica as well as no online activity.
