It is actually less expensive to maintain and keep a customer than it is to market to a new one. It is vital that you build a strong relationship with your customers as this generates more sales through repeat business and word of mouth referrals. Your sales team and your marketing team must work hand in hand to keep your customers interested in your brand. Build a rapport with them keep them coming back for more.
