We first heard of them during the Stowe Cider episode and have been keeping tabs since, so it was great to get to see where the magic happens. We hung out at their production facility, where later this month they'll be opening a retail space, to crush some of their fantastic hazy IPAs and chat about being the first - and only - brewery in Colchester.
