Well, today, I would like to introduce foods eaten on Hinamatsuri. The following foods are eaten on Hinamatsuri, and each ingredient has a meaning as to why it is included. Chirashi-zushi The following ingredients are used in chirashi-zushi, and each has its own meaning. Shrimp: to live long until your waist bends. The red color repels evil spirits. Renkon (lotus root): The hole in the root is supposed to give you a good outlook for the future.
