私は先週、おいしいアイスティーを作りました。みなさん、フルーツティーは好きですか。 紅茶で果物のシロップを作りました。作り方は簡単です。なべに水を500ml入れます。そして、砂糖を300g入れます。そこに、あんずを500g入れます。１０分ぐらい煮ます。それから、紅茶を入れます。紅茶は　１５gぐらいです。ティーバッグでも　いいです。私はアールグレイにしました。いい香りがしました。 紅茶を入れたら、2分ぐらいで火を止めてください。そのまま１日待って、アプリコットティーのシロップが出来上がりです。氷を入れて、炭酸水で割って飲んでください。爽やかな味です。 色がきれいで季節を感じさせてくれる果物が大好きです。一年中食べられる果物も多いですが、旬の果物はおいしいし、気分が上がります。イギリスで生のあんずが買えるのは６月　から８月ぐらいです。１kgで8ポンドでした。おいしかったので、来年の夏も紅茶とあんずのシロップを作りたいです。 I made a delicious iced tea last week. Then, add English tea. Tea is about 15g. You can use tea bags. I chose Earl Grey. It has a nice aroma. After adding the tea, turn off the heat after about 2 minutes. Wait for a day and the apricot tea syrup is ready. Add ice cubes and drink it with sparkling water. It tastes refreshing. I love fruits that have beautiful colours and remind me of the seasons. Many fruits are available all year round, but fruits in season are delicious and make me feel good. Fresh apricots are available in England from June to August. 1 kg of apricots cost 8 pounds. They were so delicious that I want to make apricot syrup with tea again next summer.
