Durante la pandemia se celebró un congreso virtual sobre entrenamiento para correr carreras con desnivel. Allí estuvieron científicos de renombre, como Guillaume Millet, y un entrenador, Jason Koop. Es curioso cómo, pese a ser los mayores especialistas del mundo, los científicos escucharon a Koop con mucho más interés que al resto de colegas. Y es que, aunque la ciencia nos aporta información muy útil, no nos da todas las respuestas a la hora de organizar el entrenamiento. Eso sólo lo da el "expertise" o "saber adquirido por experiencia". Conocí este congreso gracias a un Post de Frederic Sabater (Dr en CAFYD y coach en CTS) en su substack.
