隔夜茶的营养和口感会大打折扣,维生素 C 放一晚可能只剩原来的 1/5,茶多酚氧化后抗氧化性变弱,氨基酸、黄酮类等成分也会减少,花草茶的香茅醇、薄荷醇等活性物质会少一半以上;口感会变得又苦又涩,失去原本的清香,颜色发暗浑浊,放久了还可能有闷味、馊味。健康方面,亚硝酸盐是大家最担心的,但其实茶叶转化的亚硝酸盐量极少,远低于饮用水标准,喝几百升才可能中毒;不过孕妇、小孩、肠胃不好或痛风的人要避开,因为茶里的嘌呤、尿酸可能刺激肠胃或诱发痛风。没变质的隔夜茶有很多生活妙用:用它漱口能止血、固齿、清新口气;温热的隔夜茶洗头擦身可止痒去头屑,敷晒伤处还能缓解不适;过滤后洗眼睛能减轻疲劳和红肿。它还能当天然清洁剂,刷锅洗碗、擦家具都好用;茶叶渣晾干后放枕头或衣柜能去味,和花椒一起泡脚可祛湿,稀释后还能当肥料浇喜欢酸性的花。不过要注意,隔夜茶必须没异味、没浑浊,夏天超过 24 小时就别用了,敏感部位使用前先小范围测试,浇花要少量多次稀释。
