On July 6th, 2023, Felicia faced a significant setback when she narrowly missed passing her LCSW exam by a mere 20 points. She had previously relied on popular self-study programs and YouTube videos, but on exam day, stress took its toll, resulting in multiple failed practice tests. Determined to overcome this hurdle, Felicia sought a consultation with Shara Ruffin on July 9th, 2023. This marked the beginning of her transformational journey. Despite battling testing anxiety and juggling a demanding role as a therapist and single mother, Felicia maintained an upbeat attitude throughout her coaching sessions. Leveraging this newfound confidence, Shara fine-tuned Felicia’s study plan for the final leg of her journey. Armed with a one-week study plan and renewed determination, Felicia approached her LCSW exam with unwavering purpose. And then, on October 5th, 2023, the moment of triumph arrived. Felicia shared the joyful news with Shara via text message—she had passed her clinical exam.
