Health hacking/ biohacking is a hot new trend in the fitness industry and we wanted to take some time to talk about our favorite hacks that are backed by science. Here are the hacks we covered:*First know these do not make up for a bad diet and training regimen, but instead these “biohacks,” consist of making small, incremental diet or lifestyle changes to make small improvements in your health and well-being. Tabata: Tabata is a high-intensity interval training that consists of eight sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds. Elimination diet: An elimination diet is exactly what it sounds like. With an elimination diet, you’ll get rid of something from your diet and then slowly re-introduce it to see how it affects your body. This is a popular option if you think you’re allergic to a food or are concerned that a food may be causing inflammation, such as dairy, red meat, or processed sugar.Full-body workoutsSauna + eucalyptusTry Superfoods.
