Reginald Mombrun is the Professor of Law & Principal Investigator (LITC) at North Carolina Central University School of Law. Professor Mombrun spent 14 years in the national office of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) specializing in corporate mergers and acquisitions and served as an Assistant Branch Chief his last two years at the IRS.
