Hoje iremos entrevistar Marcella Ceva, Chief Investment Officer do WE Ventures, iniciativa de venture capital pioneira da Microsoft, que investe exclusivamente em mulheres. Marcella é graduada em Direito pela Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro e cursou Relações Internacionais em Michigan State University.

Engajada em diversos projetos sociais e membro de grupos de networking feminino, Marcella foi eleita “Top Women Investing in Latin America” pela Latin American Venture Capital Association, está entre as primeiras certificadas pelo CFA ESG. Iremos falar sobre empreendedorismo feminino, desafios, oportunidades, como melhorar o acesso ao capital e o papel das políticas governamentais e das instituições financeiras no apoio ao crescimento e à sustentabilidade das empresas lideradas por mulheres na América Latina.
