This was a somber episode. Leaving Las Vegas has been on my list to watch for so long and I just had to be in a certain mood. Turns out this was that time. I had long heard of this performance that won Nicolas Cage his Lead Actor Oscar in 1995 but I never expected to be hit this emotionally hard by a film. Me and Charles talk the cinematography and the different side of Vegas, how Nic Cage prepared for a role like this, Elisabeth Shue's fashion, and some interesting behind the scenes bits.
