It's very simple to say but sometimes testing to do if you've been made to feel that your opinion doesn't matter or that your voice shouldn't be heard but no-one, and I mean no-one has a green light to treat you badly. Respect, Appreciation & Love starts with you saying yes to yourself and your mindset. Working on yourself, for yourself is a wonderful thing I definitely recommend and it starts with self-love and gratitude that then develops into self-respect and then self-confidence etc flows from there.
