Randy Martin is the founder and Chief Encouragement Officer at Covenant Community Services, Inc. and Covenant Coffee in Bakersfield, California. Covenant's mission is "restoring lives and transforming generations for former foster youth." Randy loves to coach people and help develop their unique potential to find success. He does this daily with his team, his family and friends, and former foster youth.
