Change is Here.  After becoming the first and youngest female champion in the Skip Barber Racing Series at age 14 AND the first woman to win a NASCAR Track Championship at Motor Mile Speedway in her division in 2015, Julia Landauer shares her inspiration and passion for motivating younger woman across the globe towards a career path by way of reaching their full potential in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. Tina Smith is an accomplished mechanic and automotive technician who shares her incredible story as a single mother who never quit and moved onto a successful career in the automotive industry with TechForce Foundation.
