The Romulan War: Beneath the Raptor's Wing. The Romulan War, for much of the history of Star Trek, this early conflict between Earth and the Romulan Star Empire lay shrouded in mystery. It was hoped that Star Trek: Enterprise might give us a glimpse of that momentous event, but alas, the series ended too soon. As is often the case, the novels came to the rescue!
