Rosalie Alspach enjoyin’ her coffee at DIF HQ Rosalie Alspach’s short film “The Hostess” rocked Film Invasion Los Angeles in 2020 and I was delighted when she gave a thumbs up for this film to join Season 4 of the Discover Indie Film TV Series on Amazon Prime Video.  Catch it in Episode 6! “The Hostess” is everything you look for in a short film.  Well written, well directed, well acted and it inspires lengthy discussions!  In fact it pains me to this day that Covid-19 trapped FILA-2020 online, preventing an open discussion of the film between filmmaker and audience.  But Rosalie’s day will come.  In the meantime, enjoy this podcast interview with an up-and-coming filmmaking talent!
