She now spends much of her time in New York studying with her teacher Sri Dharma Mittra. She completed his 500, 800 and 1000 hour teacher trainings and is a mentor in the Dharma Yoga Center’s Life of a Yogi Teacher Training Programs. She’s also created her own 200 hour Abhyasa Living Yoga Teacher Training Program, an offering designed for students with a desire to live their Yoga practice 24/7.
