For 30 years, Steve has brought clarity and innovative analytical solutions to several large corporations (Allianz, Medtronic, Thrivent, 3M). He holds a degree in mathematics and an MBA with an emphasis in nonprofit management; He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and certified in Strategic Workforce Planning. His most prolific roles included actuarial, capital markets hedging, and workforce analytics.

Steve talks about his professional journey in the corporate world and the transition from that into his own business, as well as how it affected him, his finances, and his family.
