Being aware of how we see ourselves and those around us can build our teacher agency. Taking accountability for who we are can be reflected through how others see us. We are not responsible for what and how others think, but we can certainly ascertain our blindspots, our weaknesses and our strengths when we are aware of how others perceive us and if this aligns with how we perceive ourselves.
