#1562: Changes. Part 1

from One Thing Today · host Michael Nobbs

In the first of two podcasts looking at what has changed during my fifty-day retreat, you find me heading out into the rain to open the chicken coop… The second of these two looking-back podcasts will be available in a couple of days. The Agatha Christie radio play that I mention listening to can be found here (available until 21st August 2020). As you’ll hear me explaining in this episode, I’m still not feeling as though I’m out of my health dip and am planning another fifty-day retreat. This time however I am wondering if I'm going to be able to be more present both here and over on Patreon. Whilst I'm not making any promises, I am going to continue to explore the gentle structure that has emerged from my first fifty-day retreat and will see what that means for this podcast and Patreon.
