157: Allowing confidence

from The One Take Stoic · host Megan Johnson

Having confidence does not mean that you have to be cocky. Nor is confidence innate, instead it is something you can build, and even get better. Sometimes it can be a difficult skill to acquire, however, if you have a strong Why to anchor to, it becomes easier to build up your confidence. It is equally important that we take the time to communicate our points well because if we cannot do that the confidence can easily be seen as cockiness.
