竹筒香茶的诞生,是傣族人与自然共生的智慧结晶。它主要产自云南西双版纳、文山州,傣、拉祜、壮族先民利用当地丰富的茶树和竹子资源,造出了这一特色茶品,至今已有两三百年历史。相传清朝时,一位制茶高手的女儿,将茶叶与糯米装入竹筒烤制,送给心上人,因此它也叫 “姑娘茶”。制作时要选春天的一芽二三叶,杀青揉捻后,装进一年生长期的甜竹筒压实,火上不停转动烤匀,有的还加糯米增香,烤好的茶呈深褐色带白毫,满是竹香、糯米香与茶香,汤色黄绿明亮,耐储存且越放越香。傣族人偏爱它,既因适配环境,更因藏着健康与深情。当地多茶树与甜竹,甜竹含竹黄铜、竹醌,烤制时能吸附茶叶苦涩,让茶香与竹香深度融合,炎热或劳作后喝一杯,解渴又解乏。它还藏着不少健康益处,竹醌、茶多酚等能抗菌消炎、抗氧化,陈年茶的抗氧化力比维生素 E 还强,甚至能帮二型糖尿病患者调节血糖。文化上,它更是重要纽带:客人上门,主人会双手敬茶给长辈或贵客;泼水节、婚礼等场合,它是贡品或新人敬长辈的礼物,姑娘们用它传递爱意,早已超越饮品本身,成了非遗文化与民族情感的象征。
