#157: Imposter Syndrome, Second Guessing Your Decisions, & The Inner Critic

After you make a decision to go after a new goal you're excited about, have you ever experienced that moment when you start second guessing your decision and struggling to keep your thoughts aligned with your original decision?  Then before you realize it, you're second guessing your own knowledge and skills until you're deep in imposter syndrome.  This cycle kept me stuck for years when I first had the desire to create an online meditation course. Now, years later, I've taught many, have this podcast, and am about to launch a meditation app with all my courses within it.  In today's episode, I'm share the steps I took (and still take) any time I found myself wavering and doubting after making a decision.
