157. Tending the soil of fertility before TTC with Lily Cowles

In this week's episode I am thrilled to share a conversation I had with a long time friend (seriously, I've known her since childhood!) and past client Lily Cowles. Lily reached out to me after having a conversation with her medical doctor about freezing her eggs. Lily is 36 and was feeling concerned about her fertility after years of heavy bleeding and intense periods. Lily learned to chart and was able to uncover the diet and lifestyle patterns that were causing the hormonal imbalances she was experiencing.
