158. Christina Livada, President of Chappy Wrap, on Growing a Family Owned Business, Rebranding Your Perfect Product & Connecting With Your Customers

Today's guest, Christina Livada, is the President of Chappy Wrap. Founded in 2006, ChappyWrap is a family-owned business run by mother-daughter duo Beth LaSala and Christina Livada, based in Portland, Maine. The duo makes products that bring comfort to everyone, everywhere, starting with the best blanket you will ever own. Years ago, their family-owned a reversible, extra-large, cotton-blend blanket woven with a lamb design. Treasured and loved, they curled up with it, fought over it, and snuggled with it when they were sick. It was a vital part of their family and home. It’s the blanket that started it all. Years later, it felt impossible to find a blanket that matched the size, versatility, and durability of their family heirloom. So, they decided to create one. ChappyWrap has one simple mission: provide comfort to everyone, everywhere with the best blankets in the world. Calming, warm, and a breeze to care for, your ChappyWrap is sure to become an essential part of your everyday life! With a ChappyWrap, no matter where you are—you're home.
