#159 - Interview with Victoria Wolf

There are all sorts of people living the RV lifestyle, but none that I have personally come close to are like Victoria. She's a foodie and does a YouTube channel with her husband Rich. The issue is she is gluten-free and dairy free but can eat foods that she loves but can't have them due to gluten and dairy? She and her husband try different dishes from around the country. Then they experiment in their kitchen with dairy and gluten-free versions of the dishes in their RV. Having dietary intolerances or restrictions can be challenging, but what I admire about Victoria from GFexplorers is that she has embraced the situation and created her own unique space by focusing on taste, smell, and visual appeal.
