#159: Overcoming Failure So You Can Succeed

Going through failure can be one of the most painful experiences, so naturally so many of us do what we can to avoid it at all costs. Some of us may do that by striving for perfection so there won't be any possibility of failure, for learning as much as we can so we know enough before we put ourselves out there, or by setting aside our goals all together.  I fell into all three categories at various times in my life and as a result experienced so much inner turmoil that held me back from putting myself out there and going after my goals.
