He knew at an early age that the kitchen was his calling. He completed training at George Brown College in Toronto and entered into the Big City Food Scene. He worked at Oliver Bonicini, LeSelect Bistro, Enoteca Sociale, and Parts & Labour. After increasing local food and wine awareness in the City, he wanted a simple life and moved to Prince Edward County with his family. He put Wellington on the food map as a chef at Pomodoro and in late 2014 opened the Drake Devonshire Inn.If this is not enough. in 2017, he launched an interactive private dining experience, followed by a super hawt Maple Syrup company.
