16. A quick check-in

You become what you consistently do and say to yourself. Everything that is going on in the world forces us to pause and reflect on our privilege and how safe we are, sometimes we forget and take the little things for granted. My prayers goes to all the lives that we lost, the children that melted away and the family's hearts that shattered from pain and loss. Don't forget about your loved ones and to check-in on them, we're so lucky to have people who support and love us. It might not feel like you're moving forward in life but I guarantee you anything you want in life is possible. It's all determined by your beliefs and what you tell yourself everyday, creating new and healthy habits that align with your values and truth. I am not here to tell you what to do and what's "right" for you but show you a pathway, a new perspective and way to see things differently than how your mind views it because most often than not its through your own lens. It's about time to ask for what you're deserving and you're doing just fine. Be aware and conscious from now own, mindful of your lifestyle and the people around you. One action leads to massive change, if I didn't believe in myself I wouldn't be hear speaking, writing and sharing all about it.
