Lauren Cuthbert is an absolute creative powerhouse. She’s the founder of the Art of Connection, a unique interactive group experience that guides people through alternative and deep forms of connection, and Karmic Journeys, international environmentally-conscious wellness retreats. She’s also an International Yoga Teacher, DJ, Zen Thai Shiatsu therapist and has helped organise some of the biggest festivals in Australia, such as Earth Frequency, Elements, Bluesfest, Splendour in the grass and Island Vibes, just to name a few. In this conversation we deep dive into her work through the Art of Connection and explore the concepts behind what forms deep connections and the relationship between vulnerability, creativity, safety and being in our fullest expression.
