Kayleigh Greenacre is as a business strategist and movement leader for the iconic era movement, supporting female entrepreneurs to step into their power and grow their businesses using evergreen sales systems but that hasn't always been her work. It wasn't that long ago that Kayleigh was working as an Assistant Head Teacher, creating impact in a school that she loved. But after having her daughter, she found herself repeating the same patterns her parents had lived years earlier - dropping her daughter off at 7am, going to work all day and getting back late - Kayleigh didn't get to spend as much time with her daughter as she'd dreamed of. She knew something had to change. During covid, and the breakdown of her marriage, she found herself being called more and more into making a bigger impact but wasn't really sure what that looked like. That's when she had the idea to write her first book - a book all about having a growth mindset.
