16: Freedom, permission to feel and the power of sharing your story with Lararose | Part II

from The Devotional Woman Podcast · host Monique Carmela

Part II of my conversation with Lararose In this episode we discuss how giving yourself the permission to feel and express yourself leads to internal freedom and liberation, allowing you to reconnect to your true self. We also talk about how POWERFUL it is to share your story, challenges and celebrations with others, even when it's scary. There is incredible healing that takes place when you allow yourself to be seen and heard as you express yourself openly, honestly and authentically. We often hide away and keep ourselves small, telling ourselves our stories aren't worthy of hearing, I shouldn't complain or share my vulnerabilities, no one wants to hear it anyway and so on.. This creates isolation, loneliness and suffering. When you let others in, when you allow yourself to be seen and heard, we heal and rise together.   Lararose completed my 6-week program, The Sacred Art of Loving Yourself and experienced incredible healing, reconnection and profound insights to support her on her journey.
