Dr. Kathleen holds a Doctoral Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has completed doctoral coursework from Freedom Bible College.  She received her Bachelor's Degree with a Secondary Teaching Certificate in Mathematics from Wheeling Jesuit University and a Master's Degree in Secondary Teaching and Technology from California University of PA.
