16: Gorillaz

from Transatlantic Rebels

Meet Jesal and Rochard. We are the Transatlantic Rebels. In Episode 16, we take a look at Gorillaz and their entire discography, mainly focusing on "Gorillaz" (2001), "Demon Days" (2005) and "Plastic Beach" (2010). We also talk about the time Rochard saw Gorillaz live in concert; discuss our favourite five tracks from each LP; talk Virtual Reality technology; and we try to imagine what their new forthcoming album could be like. Jesal is from the UK, and Rochard is from America. We like to talk in depth about albums, films, TV shows and books. Rochard has a background in TV, acting, writing and many other areas of art creation. Jesal has a background in music: DJ, producer, artist, critic and other stuff. Enjoy!
