Mindy is a Certified Yoga Therapist, Qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Teacher, Certified Buteyko Breathing Instructor.    Mindy is the Founder and Director of Yoga Moves MS, which is a nonprofit 501(c (3) dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals with MS, Parkinson’s Disease, and neuromuscular conditions.  She is the author of Adaptive Yoga Moves Any Body and Adaptive Yoga Cards. Mindy has provided yoga therapy to individuals with mobility challenges for over fifteen years and thrives on building a strong, mighty community for her students and families.
