The next MAYOR of Boise, Idaho? Listen to the SHOCKING story of how a beautiful "failure" in politics led Boise REIN Founder, Investor, and Realtor Jonna Weber on her path of entrepreneurship and financial freedom! The guest of BiggerPockets episode #80 joins Ryan Weimer on The Real Freedom Podcast to discuss her journey in real estate and how self managing properties helped her gain some serious wealth momentum. Fast forward to now - she talks about how her favorite asset class is NNN (triple net) commercial properties as it's true "mailbox money." Jonna talks about the last real estate crash and how she sold properties at the "low point" in the market in 2008 to 2011 as Boise, Idaho was hit especially hard. Making the hard decision to sell those properties to free up money catapulted her into a new investing chapter and all her success in the next decade +. She is the proud founder of Boise REIN (Real Estate Investor Network) which is the top Facebook Group and Investor Community in the state of Idaho. Their mission is to provide a way to wealth and financial freedom for members and their families. A Boise REIN pro member himself - Ryan shares what makes the group so special and how it's made him money, connections, and deals.
