Lars is a neuroscientist and PhD researcher at INSERM (The Institut national de la santé et de la recherche médicale) which is the French National Institute of Health and Medical Research. Lars walked us through the what, why and how of meditation in the most digestible format. He uncovered what happens to our neurology when we enter a meditative state. He showcased what benefits being metacognitive has on our everyday lives.
