16. Mark Walton (Part 1) and Erin on Purpose, Intuition and Authentic Leadership

This is Part 1 of the incredible conversation I have with one of my long-time mentors and friends, Mark Walton.  Mark's wisdom and leadership never cease to amaze me, and as usual he's left me with lots to think about!  Together we dive into topics like how to stay grounded during times of uncertainty, and the inextricable relationship between purpose, contribution and identity.  Mark describes what authentic leadership looks like and why it's important to surround yourself with people who are smarter and different from you.  Finally, Mark helps me consider how our accumulation of experiences coupled with trusting our intuition can build confidence.
