Tina is a wife, a mother of 5 children, two biological and three adopted children. She sees therapy as a gift and a personal calling to give back to others. Toby Anderson Toby Anderson is the Adult Pastor at Trinity Baptist Church in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma leading over Adult Small Groups and Family Ministry. Toby served and pastored in student ministry for over twenty years before taking on his most recent role. He has been a part of Lead222 coaching and being coached since 2009. Toby has been married to his beautiful wife Shannon for twenty years and has two amazing children, Tatum (15) and Cross (13).
