16: Navigating the Real Estate Business

This week my guest is Missy Ellsworth.  I met Missy in a broker class we both were in.  After we met, she referred me a lot of short sales.  Missy has been in real estate for 20 years.  She opened her own brokerage in 2008.  She talks about what she did before real estate and how she got started in real estate.  Missy and I discuss marketing and what she does to market to her past clients and stay in touch.  We discuss the current market and how it is evolving.  Finding ways to make sure we are prepared for the changing market and how we will adjust our strategies.
