#16 Personal Update, and Please Find Me on YouTube

Dear podcast friends, Thank you so much for listening to my episodes over the past four months.  I really appreciate each and every one of you, and hope that my content has been helpful. After some reflecting, I've decided to stop actively recording my podcast so I can focus on YouTube.  I hope to come back with a vengeance one day, but in the meantime, I am practicing learning my limits and trying to focus on doing a few things well rather than spread myself too thin.  I'm going to end with an episode (starts at the 8:38 mark) called Put Yourself First that I filmed on YouTube.  Thank you so much!
