Hello Humans! Welcome to the 16th Show housed in “The Human Theatre”. Today, I had the privilege of talking with one of South Africa’s leading entertainment icons: David Kramer. David Kramer is a singer songwriter, playwright and director notable for his musicals about the Cape Coloured communities and for his early opposition to apartheid. He is an internationally acclaimed creative, and has both received and been nominated for some of the theatre’s most prestigious awards both locally and abroad. I got the privilege to be taught by David Kramer both as a student and also, most recently, in a series of Musical Masterclasses at the Baxter Theatre in Cape Town. It was incredible getting to have David come on the show and share his story, first-hand, and I am so grateful to be able to share it with you!
