16. The Babes in the Woods

On January 14th, 1953 a Stanley Park employee came across a patch of leaves while he was patrolling the grounds. This patch of leaves caught his attention immediately because as he walked across them they made a different and significant crunching sound under his feet. He decided to investigate and he dug a bit down under the leaves and brush and what he found definitely caught him off guard. He discovered numerous bones embedded in the ground.
